‘Hidden’ – performance and Q&A
Friday 26 April – 10am (60mins) on the stage, Leatherhead Theatre main auditorium
‘Hidden’ is a one-man show about mental health. It follows the story of Sam, who goes through an episode of psychosis, and tells how he coped and how he recovered.
Performed by Jonny Collis, and written (from personal experience) by Gary Thomas, the performance will be followed by a Q&A with Gary. Suitable for ages 15+

RESPECT Drama Group Workshop by Lockwood Artsrespect_drama

Tell a story through music, mime, makaton and movement, using cue-cards, costumes and props. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have the skills to produce a short humorous play of your own. Suitable for all ages and abilities.

Song Writing Workshop with Orpheusorpheus
Friday 26 April – 10am (120 mins) at Park House, Leatherhead
Come and have a go at writing your own song, with the help of a tutor and students from The Orpheus Centre. No musical abilities required, just enthusiasm and willingness to get involved – we will do the rest! Open to anyone over the age of 10.

Design Your Own Bag with Fiona Mcleanbag making
Friday 26 April – 10am, 11.30am, 1.30pm & 3pm (60 mins), Leatherhead Theatre Foyer (please note there is a £7 charge for materials for this workshop),
Come along and paint your own bag to take home with your own design! You can use a tote for books, toys, beach stuff, swimming bag, sleepover bag or P.E. kit bag – or you can even fill it up with gifts for someone special!
All materials provided, suitable for anyone. This workshop will be BSL interpreted.

Learn to Sing with the Just So Singers and High Noteschoir
Saturday 27 April, 10.30am (60 mins) on the stage, Leatherhead Theatre main auditorium
This singing workshop will be led by two professional singers, who regularly deliver singing workshops across the country, and you will join the Just So Singers (a county choir of 8-16 year olds) and High Notes (an adult special educational needs choir from Woking).

Dance Workshop with Rhythmic Collisionrhythmic
Saturday 27 April, 11.45am (75 mins) at The Bridge Youth Centre, Leatherhead
This workshop will get people moving to the best of their ability; to explore movement through improvisation, create a phrase of dance, which will become part of a group presentation. Participants will build confidence and self esteem.

Drama Workshop with Dramatizemediawshop

Saturday 27 April, 10.30am (60 mins) at The Bridge Youth Centre, Leatherhead
This drama workshop will explore puppetry and how one can animate others through imagination. You will be introduced to different types of puppets and get the chance to operate and handle each one. You will come on an exciting story-telling adventure – be prepared for a whirlwind of fun with Dramatize!

Media Masterclass with Chris Haydn and Gary Thomas from Freewheelers
Saturday 27 April – 10am (180 mins) at Park House, Leatherhead
Members of the Freewheelers Theatre Company lead this three hour practical media masterclass workshop, exploring ways in which they have engaged with media production in drama and documentary. Video clips will be interspersed with shooting short sequences.
Aimed at professionals and volunteers aged 18+
